Choose the cancellation option
Open the membership's management options and follow the cancellation steps through to the final confirmation. Button names may vary between the Whop website and app.
Check the confirmation
Verify that renewal is cancelled and note the access end date. Keep a copy of the confirmation for your records.
What happens next?
Cancellation stops future renewals once confirmed. The membership screen shows whether access continues to the end of your current period or ends sooner. Signing out, closing the website or stopping practice does not cancel a subscription.
Cancelling does not automatically request a refund or delete your practice history. For a payment issue, contact us with the email used at checkout. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
Can't find your subscription?
Check the account on your Whop receipt. You can also open Membership & invoices here if your subscription is linked, or contact us for cancellation or billing assistance. Sending a support request does not automatically cancel your subscription; use the membership controls above for immediate cancellation.
